1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping methods to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner:

Premade products:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days (US only)
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (US only)
  • Overnight Shipping: Next business day (US only)

International Shipping: 7–14 business days (depending on location)

Preorder products are shipped within 10-15 weeks after the customer's label has processed. (Due to the mass production of our high quality and detailed garments)Please allow for production and shipping. This can take up to 3-4 weeks or 5-6 weeks depending on shipping location. Production and shipping may take a drastic amount of time, because our manufacture needs to be precise in how we ship out products to customers.  Understand that your order is precious to us we will make sure to get ship out orders as soon as possible. 

Pre-Order Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We’re excited that you've chosen to pre-order with us. Please note that all pre-order items will take 21 to 35 days to ship from the date of purchase. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Shipping Timeline: Pre-order items are expected to ship within 21 to 35 days. While we do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible, the actual shipping time may vary due to product availability, production schedules, or other unforeseen factors.
  • Order Status Updates: We will keep you informed of your order's status through email. Once your pre-order item has shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.
  • Shipping Fees: Standard shipping rates apply to pre-order items. Shipping fees will be calculated during checkout based on your delivery address.
  • Multiple Orders: If you order both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order will be shipped together once all items are available. If you prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
  • International Orders: For international pre-orders, shipping times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and other factors beyond our control.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on the carrier and your location. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates but will always work to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We also offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 (within the US only).


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can track your order at any time using the tracking number provided.


5. International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping to select countries. Customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country of residence and will be the responsibility of the customer. Please note that delivery times may vary, and we are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • Some items (e.g., hazardous materials, perishable goods) may not be eligible for shipping to certain locations.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or specific restricted regions.

7. Lost or Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely. However, in the event that your order is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and either offer a replacement or a refund.


8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages. If an address correction is required, please contact us immediately after placing your order, and we will do our best to assist you.


9. Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 24 hours. We will attempt to accommodate any changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications after the order has been processed.
